| Practice Facilities - Cannon Golf Club
When you golf at Cannon Golf Club, it's a good idea to arrive early and spend some time warming up. After proper preparation, you'll notice improvement in your score over the times you rush right to the first tee.
Cannon offers you an all-grass teeing area with up to 20 hitting stations and plenty of room to bomb your drives! Target greens and yardage flags provide areas that you may hit to to perfect your irons and woods. We have a chipping green with a bunker and a large (9,000 sq. ft.) practice putting green.
Our new practice putting green was built in 2005 offers 9,000 square feet to practice putts of all lengths and slopes. The practice green is located near the clubhouse and offers a great measuring stick for the speed you'll encounter on our greens.
Consider gearing your warm-up to our recommended 40-45-minute program. Don't start on the driving range! Begin your practice routine at the practice putting green and work on holing five-foot putts. Then go to our all-grass driving range and start with some wedge shots and work your way up through the longer clubs in your bag. Finish your range session by "playing" the first few holes - just imagine you're on the first tee and hit a drive to the fairway then make your visual approach to the first green. Continue your practice session with 10 to 15 minutes of chipping and sand game practice at the practice green set aside for these shots. Return to the putting green and finish your practice holing out all putts for five to 10 minutes.

Range balls “range” from $4.00 for 30 balls to $6.00 for 60 balls. We also have 25, 50, and Unlimited Use passes for you "range "rats!"
All of our practice facilities are open to the public so come out and work on your game at Cannon Golf.
